Each of the ticketing agencies
listed above will charge their
own transaction fees, you can save money by booking for multiple
shows in one purchase with the individual agency.
Door Sales are subject to availability. Any Door Sales will be
available to purchase at the venue from 60 minutes prior to the

Booking fees from $2.00 per ticket apply to all
Christchurch Arts Festival shows booked through Ticketek and are in
addition to the advertised ticket price. Delivery/collection
charges may also apply.
If booking through a ticketing agent a booking fee of
$3.00 per ticket applies (capped at $12 per transaction). A credit
card surcharge applies as follows: MasterCard / VISA / American
Express 2.55% and Diners 2.65%.
Tickets to Christchurch Arts Festival shows held at
the Isaac Theatre Royal are subject to ITR booking fees. For full
information please contact the theatre box office directly. Please
note that these fees include an Earthquake Redevelopment Levy of
$2.50 included in the ticket price on every ticket sold with a
purchase price of $35 and over.
Ticket prices include GST. General Admission events do not
allocated seating. Door sales are
only as available and we
recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. The use of mobile
telephones or similar devices is not permitted during the shows.
The use of cameras or other recording devices is strictly
prohibited. We reserve the right to admit latecomers at a suitable
point in the performance. If there is no suitable point,
latecomers may not be permitted entrance.
The Christchurch Arts Festival reluctantly reserves the right to
change the schedule by amending dates or replacing shows or
artists. Any changes will be advertised on the Festival website and
in The Press. There are no exchanges or refunds on ticket price or
service fees except as required by law or in the event that a show
is cancelled. Transaction fees are not refundable. Tickets are
